A Lead Advanced Engineering Technician is a professional who oversees and coordinates technical tasks related to engineering, often in a specialized field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiency Improvement: Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed to enhance efficiency in various operations (such as maintenance, production, and clerical tasks).
- Standard Production Rate: Establish a standard production rate based on their analysis.
