- 3+ years of professional experience in mobile development with a strong emphasis on React Native.
- Proven experience in native Android and iOS development.
- Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with full-stack development is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks is a bonus.
