**Hamptons Property Services, based in Bridgehampton, is a rapidly growing full service residential caretaking / property management company serving vacation homeowners from Southampton to Amagansett.**

As part of our expansion plan we require highly motivated and energetic Property Managers to join the team. This exciting and dynamic position will report directly to the Senior Property Manager.

**The role will primarily involve**:

- Regular visits to client properties to perform full property wide inspections, report the findings to clients, and address any urgent issues.
- Visit client properties to provide access to HPS subcontractors / 3rd party vendors and communicate updates as necessary to the client.
- Recommend to clients appropriate preventative maintenance and discretionary home improvements.
- Communicate in response to client inquiries and requests, in a timely, professional and effective manner.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors to scope work, obtain estimates, schedule work, monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Office administrative duties including client and vendor invoice approvals and the maintenance of customer records.
- Full time, Year round

- Salary $70.6k (starting) - $160k+

Pay: $70,600.00 - $159,600.00 per year
