**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of smoothie enthusiasts.

- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and ensure staff is

well-informed.

Scheduling:

- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during

peak hours.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate variations in business and

staff availability.

Store Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Prepare and serve high-quality smoothies, adhering to established recipes

and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage customer service to enhance the overall customer

experience.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize waste and ensure accurate

stock levels.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address any maintenance issues promptly to uphold the store's

appearance and functionality.

Sales Growth:

- Assist in the Development and implementation of strategies to increase

sales and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for

improvement.

Financial Management:

- Monitor and manage operational costs, including inventory and payroll

budget.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
