The team joins the record-setting expansion in the Philadelphia market area, led by experienced coach Barry J.T. DeVine. Coach DeVine brings over 25 years of coaching experience across various levels and is committed to mentorship and community building through basketball.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Specialist to secure sponsorships and partnerships that will support the team's growth and community initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential sponsors.
- Develop and present sponsorship proposals.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements.
- Maintain relationships with current sponsors and ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sponsorship packages.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus.

**Note**:
This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be determined by the sponsorship deals secured.
