**Position Summary**:
- The** **Admin Assistant
- Food Services**, will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the Nutrition Services Director.
- Responsible for general accounting and tracking of data for department.
- Provide clerical support to Director and department as needed.
- To provide financial support of the food services cost center. Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Point of contact for vendor payments and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for financial reporting to units and end-users across campus on charges and requisitions. Works with finance to accrue for monthly and year end expenses as appropriate.
**Shift**:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Day Shift, 8:30am - 5:00pm
**Location**:Suburban Hospital,

**Education/ Experience**
- Associate’s Degree in business management or related field. Or three-five years’ related experience
- Computer savvy, paying vendor invoices, service oriented
- Strong spreadsheet/word processing skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
