**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking vigilant and responsible individuals to join us as Residential Security Officers. As a Residential Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for residents and their properties. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the protection of residential communities while gaining valuable experience in the security industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol designated residential areas to ensure the safety and security of residents and properties.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor and respond to security threats.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and requests from residents in a professional manner.
- Conduct routine security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Enforce specific security protocols and procedures to uphold order and compliance within residential premises.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports documenting security-related activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in law enforcement or security is advantageous.
- Previous experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Possession of CPR and First Aid certification is beneficial.
- Proficiency in conflict management techniques is advantageous.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
