**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to emergency service calls with precision and urgency.

- Accurately enter and track new emergency jobs in various software systems like BuildOps, Econz, and Service Channel.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in dispatch or related fields are advantageous.
- Minimum of three years of dispatch experience, preferably within the maintenance or related industry.
- Proven experience in emergency dispatch operations, demonstrating the ability to handle urgent service calls effectively.
- Strong familiarity with dispatch software such as BuildOps, Econz, and ServiceChannel.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

**Work Schedule**:

- On-site position based in Corona, CA.
- 7AM to 7PM on Saturdays and Sundays, with options for rotating weekdays depending on preference.
