As the main point of contact for new patients, you'll be instrumental in answering questions and coordinating with various teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
**What You will Do**:
- Book appointments for new patients, all while keeping patient satisfaction a top priority.
- Be the friendly voice our new patients encounter first, addressing their questions and concerns with care and understanding.
- Verify insurance details and kickstart authorization requests to make sure our patients get the care they need without any hiccups.
- Confirm appointments and handle any necessary rescheduling
- Approach de-escalation calls with empathy and professionalism, turning concerns into resolutions with a calm demeanor.

- Ideally available Saturdays or Sundays
- Bilingual: Fluent in Russian or Spanish is preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in reception or call center roles
