**Job Summary**:
This is primarily a remote job position that may eventually require ocassional onsite support. The hours are flexible and there will be occassional projects that may requre long hour days. Many of the responsibilities for this position require weekend or evening hours as maintenance tasks often times cannot be performed during business hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software
- Perform software troubleshooting and diagnose network connectivity problems
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions
- Perform Maintenace of Servers, Workstations, Backup Systems, Firewalls, Cloud Systems and Network Systems in general.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT support roles
- Experience with Microsoft 365, basic admin knowledge of Google Workspace, Windows Server, Synology, SonicWall and pfSense Firewalls
- Experience with Veeam Backup and Recovery is a must or the ability to lear this system fast will be required,
- Familiarity with IT service management tools such as SyncroMSP, Splashtop, Remote Desktop Manager, Bitdefender Gravity Zone, HIPAA Compliance, etc. Training for tools will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with users
- Customer service-oriented approach to provide excellent support
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
