Due to growth, Omnia Healthcare Group is adding a **Payroll Specialist** to our home office payroll team. The Payroll Specialist position assists employees with timecard reconciliation, payroll journal review, and maintains employee database and files.

**Payroll Specialist Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review payroll journals for accuracy
- Ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in the payroll system for payroll deduction.
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll related questions, inquiries, and concerns.
- Review and Assure entries are accurately inputted to reflect changes.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Payroll Specialist Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with general accounting principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

**Payroll Specialist Education and Experience**:

- Data Entry experience required.
- Previous payroll experience required.
- Experience using Paycor preferred.
