DSP's assist individuals in the development of appropriate interaction skills, money management, housekeeping, hygiene, and other skills necessary to reach their highest level of potential. To be successful, DSP's must be flexible, creative and committed to those in our services. **Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our individuals
- Nurturing the goals, self-determination, and unique personalities of those we serve participate in frequent trainings on individuals and best practices
- Transporting individuals to their designated activities or volunteer or job opportunities -Participating, engaging, and being an active peer in our individual's daily goals or activities
- Working with and encouraging individuals to practice everyday skills
- Supporting hygiene, emotional, and physical health
- Providing services according to the Individual Plan and Behavioral Plan
- Accurately completing all documentation requirements
- Complying with all Organization procedures, policies, and direction
- Frequent communication with supervisor regarding daily activities

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
