We are seeking a Social Media/Brand Marketing Creator to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community, and driving brand awareness across various digital platforms. The position will also include grass roots in person outreach (events)

NOTE: This position is an in-office content collection with photo, video AND admin work hours. Part time or full-time available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange and attend lunch meetings with referral sources and to promote the studio
- Arrange events with local businesses and luxury buildings to promote the studio
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the studio’s brand
- Create compelling and original content for paid and organic social media including Facebook, Instagram
- Generate appealing images, videos, and written content to educate patients and convey the studio’s services educational messages.
- Interact with online followers, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful connections to foster a sense of community.

Stay current with industry trends, wellness-related topics, and the TCM field to contribute valuable insights.

Brand Advocacy: Be a brand advocate and uphold the studio's values and image through all social media interactions and content.

Qualifications:
1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in social media managemen, scheduling and content creation

2. Creativity: Strong creative and visual skills, with the ability to conceptualize and produce compelling content

3. Social Media Proficiency: Profound knowledge of major social media platforms, their best practices, and trends.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.

5. Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and derive insights to improve content strategies.

6. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

7. Collaborative Spirit: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

8. Brand Alignment: Understanding and alignment with the studio's brand values and vision.

Schedule:

- Day shift and evenings (When eventing is happening)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Work Location: In person
- Prior sales/marketing experience is required
- Prior medical/legal experience is preferred
- Managing ongoing established referral relationships.
- Reaching new sources of referrals
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward
