**Endoscopy Unit**:
Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital’s Digestive Care Center’s board-certified gastroenterologists, including two advanced Gastroenterology specialists and a colorectal surgeon, treat a variety of diseases affecting the gallbladder, liver, mouth, stomach, intestines, pancreas, colon, and esophagus. The department sees an average of 16-18 procedures per day, both ambulatory and inpatient.

**Registered Nurse Unit Coordinators** will demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Registered Nurse License
- 18 months experience as a nurse
- BLS within 90 days of hire
