**- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are cleared promptly and condiment stations are stocked.**
**- Uphold the company's commitment to providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.**

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.**
**- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs.**
**- Address any issues related to food quality, service, or cleanliness promptly and effectively.**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry preferred.**
**- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**
**- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.**
**- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.**
**- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.**
