Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to concrete construction and finishing. This is a full-time position with competitive pay

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and set concrete forms according to project specifications
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and techniques
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
- Repair, restore, or replace damaged or worn concrete
- Operate concrete equipment as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in concrete finishing or related field
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment associated with concrete work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Basic carpentry skills for framing and formwork construction
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Commercial driving experience is a plus)
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

Pay: $20.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
