**About You**:
In this role you will support our Human Resources Team by performing a variety of administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, scheduling and data management on a** Part Time basis 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day in the afternoon**. This position will be _located in the Westlake Village, CA corporate office._ This role will work independently and in teams to ensure smooth department operations and to support our Teammate experience and company culture.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- INFORMATION REQUESTS: You will assist in responding to information requests from both internal and external parties, such as employment verifications, unemployment requests, and assisting HR team with teammate inquiries.
- PAYROLL AND BENEFITS: You may assist in the Payroll and Benefits processes by mailing payroll packages, overseeing data management for benefits programs, scheduling teammate meetings on benefits offerings, etc.
- TALENT ACQUISITION: You may assist in the Talent Acquisition process by scheduling interviews/meetings, following up with hiring manager, supporting the overall onboarding process, etc.
- GENERAL SUPPORT: You will provide general support to the HR department for any administrative needs, such as generating and compiling reports and presentations using HR data, maintaining and updating employee records, including personnel files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- PROJECTS: You will assist and/or manage projects as assigned.
- All Other duties as assigned.

What do you need to Succeed?
- TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Proficiency with MS Office Applications and general aptitude for technology. Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems a plus.
- COMMUNICATION: Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to communicate via remote platforms. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
- ACCURACY AND DESIRE TO SUCCEED: Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and focus on closing out projects timely.
- INITIATIVE: Ability to prioritize work and set realistic deadlines along with proactively communicating questions/concerns.
- STRONG WORK ETHIC: Take ownership of your work, focus on results, and seek opportunities for growth and self-improvement based on both successes and challenges.
