Scope of Responsibility
- Assemble multiple racks a week depending on job demands.
- Assist in training and tasking interns to learn the standards of rack assembly.

Primary Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Build custom racks accordingly per the job/client.
- Work with our Technical Design department on design and practicality of rack build.
- Confirm all equipment is up to date with software and firmware.
- Assuring the finished product is presentable and fully functional.
- Utilize TEAM to ensure equipment will be available in time for client preparation or shipment.

***Required education and experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 3 years or greater of experience in the audio industry
- Previous experience as an A1-A2 preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience working in a Windows / MAC OS based environment
