**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and guidance to kinship caregivers navigating the child welfare system
- Conduct assessments to identify needs and develop appropriate service plans
- Assist families in accessing resources and services to meet the needs of children in their care
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive support for families
- Provide crisis intervention and conflict management when necessary
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower caregivers

Qualifications:

- Experience in child welfare, childcare, or child protective services
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and families in challenging situations
- Background in social work or behavioral health is preferred
- Knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $21.10 - $25.41 per hour
