**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with prospects and clients, capable of overcoming objections to assist our processors in closing deals.
- Constant monitoring of available properties and buyers.
- Collaborate with the deal processors to ensure notes and CRM tools are current, and leads are moving efficiently through the pipeline.
- Attend 1-3 real estate networking events every month. There will be times where it’s necessary to be client/front-facing.
- Maintain an efficient follow-up schedule and buyers list.
- Facilitate calls and collaborate with administrative assistant.
- Ensure disposition requests are processed in a timely fashion.
- Be willing to film and take pictures of properties if needed.
- Service Austin, surrounding cities and counties.

**Qualifications**:

- Bi-lingual Spanish speaker.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Teams.
- Can handle a fast-paced environment.
- Open to learning and receiving feedback.
- Hardworking and motivated to make money.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
