**Purpose**:
Be right in the heart of hospitality as you help create memorable moments with guests at our Family Entertainment Center (FEC). You will be the fun at our guest’s day. As you work alongside a team that prioritizes excellence and family-fun, you will perfect your communication and people centered skills.

**Primary Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Managing the Business**:
The FEC Supervisor will work 8 hours per shift, 5 or 6+ days each week, based on occupancy and staffing demand. Holidays and weekends are affected by peak demand which means all team members must work together during those days to keep our operations running efficiently.
- Lead a team of FEC employees.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to bring energy and fun to the newly created and themed activities space, including arcade games, bowling, VR arena, and more.
- Understand all safety regulations and operate entertainment systems in accordance with all safety measures.
- Communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner, while running the entertainment venues with poise and excellence.
- Instruct guests on how to operate cashless payment systems.
- Interact with guests through our prize redemption process and handle the merchandising of prize products.
- Host a safe and interactive environment that all children and families can enjoy.
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, maintenance, and care throughout property grounds, pool areas, activity areas, common areas, and back of house areas.
- Interact with team members and guests in a positive and friendly manner during all shifts, in all situations.
- Knowledge and ability to comply with all company operating policies and procedures.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and/or assigned.

**Physical Requirements**:

**Education / Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Prior experience with arcade equipment preferred.
