**Essential Job Duties**:

- Administrative Excellence: Oversee all facets of the firm’s administrative practice, ensuring exceptional client service and efficient process management.
- Technology and Efficiency: Utilize and optimize firm technology tools to enhance productivity across legal and administrative tasks.
- Legal Support: Assist with new matter openings, conflict checks, trademark prosecution dockets, and preparation of legal documents. Ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
- Client Interaction: Handle correspondence, manage sensitive billing inquiries, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring all interactions reflect the firm's commitment to client service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal staff to manage schedules, maintain files, and support internal team operations. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining positive relations and seamless communication across the firm.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in trademark related role preferred.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and be able to perform all essential duties.

**Our Commitment**:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
