**$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS (**_**$500 after 30 days, $500 after 90 days of employment**_**)**

**Schedule**: 24/7 Contact Center - Flexible Scheduling, including **nights and weekends**.
- **Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**:_
- Professionally handle incoming and outgoing requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Must be an effective and thorough communicator, detail oriented and able to gather pertinent customer details, all while giving an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain a balance between company policies and customer benefit in decision-making. Handles issues in the best interests of customers and the company.
- Ongoing Comprehensive Training - regularly attend and participate in support training.
- **Customer Service Representative Requirements**:_
- Customer service experience required. (call center experience preferred).
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers.
- Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and possible weekend rotations as required. (Discuss all schedule requirements at the interview)
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency a plus
