Additionally, in partnership with Topps Trading Cards, Dave & Adam’s operates a retail location in Cooperstown, New York. In July of 2022 Dave & Adam's opened a retail store and facility in Roermond, Netherlands. Dave & Adam's is now expending to Manhattan, New York.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage employees in daily tasks
- Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
- Manager inventory, maintenance and other operational functions
- Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
- Follow opening/closing procedures
- Utilize the POS system to cash customers out or administer returns
- Work with marketing department to manage brand and social media

**Skills/Experience**
- Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Great customer service skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive and willing to take on challenges
- Able to manage and motivate others
- Knowledge of sports cards

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
