Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of retail marketing strategies and programs in brick-and-mortar retailers, in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Utilize POS data, sell-in data, and market trends to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Creative, to ensure alignment and execution of integrated marketing plans.
- Review and analyze planograms, promotional calendars, and merchandising opportunities to maximize product visibility and optimize shelf presence.
- Craft sales pitch presentations and consumer awareness, consideration and conversion strategies to drive in-store sales
- Develop and execute in-store marketing campaigns, including point-of-sale materials, signage, displays, and promotions, to effectively communicate key product benefits and drive consumer engagement.
- Partner with retail buyers and category managers to negotiate promotional opportunities, secure premium placement, and drive incremental sales through effective merchandising strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, conduct post-promotional analysis, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in retail marketing, and leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation.
- Manage and mentor junior retail marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing retail marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance the consumer shopping experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with POS data, syndicated data sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen), and retail analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams to achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
