**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Valid Teaching Certificate
- Masters Degree and Principal Certificate preferred
- Three years successful teaching experience
- Documented evidence of successful leadership experience
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and to bend and lift 25lbs

**PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsibilities shall include, but not to be limited to, the following:

- Manage the disciplinary program for all students
- Assist in the development of curriculum and special projects
- Monitor, supervise, and direct extracurricular activities
- Assist the principal with facilities maintenance
- Assist in managing Special Education Programs
- Assist and supervise standardized testing
- Support the principal in leading the implementation of the school improvement goals
- Monitor and implement campus safety policies and procedures
- Develop and foster community connections that will enhance the educational experience of all students
- Implement all School Board Policies and Procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal

**TERM OF EMPLOYMENT**:11-month/218 days
**COMPENSATION**:Certified Exempt Salary Schedule
**BENEFITS**:As per District policy
**REPORTS TO**:Principal
**EVALUATION**:Initial evaluation to be completed no later than ninety (90) days after first day of work; thereafter, annually by supervisor.
**HOURS**:40 hours per week, and may require longer hours Monday-Friday
**CLASSIFICATION**:Exempt
