**THE POSITION**:
**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
As a Psychological Services Specialist, you will function with considerable independence to provide psychological services to an identified caseload of the individuals who reside at the facility. You will provide psychological treatment utilizing psychotherapeutic skills in individual and group contexts to assist consumers in enhancing their level of psychological and behavioral functioning. In this role, you will serve as a Treatment Team Coordinator ensuring treatment plans and meetings relating to individual treatment plans (ITPs) are scheduled in compliance with policy and procedure.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment (37.5-hour work week)
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:

**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- A master’s degree in a behavioral science, counseling education, rehabilitation, human development or a closely related field.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

**Legal Requirements**:

- A conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination and drug screening.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
