The Production Technician will be responsible for mixing solutions, manufacturing plastic housings, and packaging and shipping products. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, technical skill, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Solution Mixing**: Prepare and mix solutions according to specified formulas and procedures.
- ** Manufacturing**: Operate machinery and tools to manufacture plastic housings.
- ** Quality Control**: Inspect products for quality and consistency, ensuring all standards are met.
- ** Packaging**: Package products securely for shipping, ensuring they are labeled correctly and protected.
- ** Shipping**: Prepare and ship products, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- ** Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of materials, products, and shipments.
- ** Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping software.
