- Compliance: Stay current on all relevant regulations, policies, and standards related to government procurement and cloud computing.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics for senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve business development strategies and processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years in business development or sales roles, focused on cloud technologies and the federal government sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of federal government procurement processes, including familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant guidelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Experience in developing and negotiating contracts and agreements with government agencies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OCI Certified Specialist, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
