Sales Coordinators provide assistance to the Sales team in meeting the company’s sales goals in addition to assisting clients with issues to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished.

**Duties Include**:

- Assists in the preparation of client presentation materials and proposal presentations.
- Research original orders and assist clients with invoice clarification and provide back-up documentation as required.
- Follow-up with both Account Managers and clients regarding deposits and/or client purchase orders for order entry.
- Ensure Mock-Up Request Forms are approved and handled appropriately.
- Acquire labor quotations.
- Demonstrates an attitude and appearance that represents the highest personal, moral and business standards in the marketplace to our clients.
- Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

**Requirements**:

- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and be self-motivated
- Working knowledge of accessibility codes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Stable employment history
