**Responsibilities**:

- Military and/or government experienced is encourage.
- Must have experience optimizing workflows and processes.

- Prepare HR initiative reports for program directors.
**Skills**
- Strong communication skills.
- Good problem-solving aptitude.
- Prior Government experience preferred.
- Able to learn and work with HR software and systems for recordkeeping and data management.
- Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and basic employment laws.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
