Conveniently located on Route 9 in Southborough, MA we are looking to hire a Project Manager to assist projects contracted with the MBTA.

**Position Summary**

One Source Construction is currently seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to serve our contract with the MBTA.
- Walk thru prospective sites for evaluation and assessment.
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
- Generate RFIs, participate in weekly meetings for projects tracking.
- Read Plans and specifications for permitting and construction.
- Prepare required documentation/plans for pre-construction field evaluations and assessments
- Request, review and approve submittals
- Manage or assist manage ongoing projects.
- Must have experience in dealing with multiple projects and clients at a time, along with managing technical, budgetary and client aspects of projects.
- Strong writing and verbal communications skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CSL preferred
- OSHA 10 required (30 preferred)
- Valid driver's license required

Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment.Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.Self-starter and strong ethical standards. Takes initiative within area of responsibility.
