**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Drafting**: Create detailed structural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards through accurate calculations.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work with engineers, project managers, and field personnel to gather requirements, integrate feedback, and ensure seamless project execution.
- **Documentation and Quality Control**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specs and construction drawings, and review plans for accuracy and compliance.
- **Software Utilization and Improvement**: Use AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and other tools for efficient design, staying updated on industry trends and software advancements to enhance practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**: Associate’s degree in Structural or Electrical Engineering is preferred with 1 to 3 years of experience in structural design.
- **Technical and Organizational Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural analysis software, GIS concepts, and software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe, along with strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
