The instructor must hold a bachelor’s degree in business or its equivalent and three years in Accounting, Marketing, or Business Administration. A Master's degree is a plus.

**Job Duties**:

- Deliver approved curriculum based on the specific business-related content to meet the needs of students.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
- Will report to the Program Director to improve the quality of instruction, curriculum, and other academic requirements
- Evaluate and revise the curriculum to meet State and Federal requirements and address the needs of the students
- Evaluate and document students' progress through testing and observation
- Provide a stimulating environment that encourages students' participation, interpersonal skills development
- Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Academic Operations.
