As a Front Desk you are responsible to work with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers We are looking for our 1-6pm shift M-F and Saturday availability.

Front Desk Duties

*Ensure our furry friends are always in a safe and clean environment.
*Maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding themselves and team accountable to the petbar's safety and cleaning standards.

Customer Service and Presentation

*Maintains a neat and organized environment at all times. This includes holding team to professional clean dress.
*Sets the example for the team on the 3 S's (smile, story and satisfaction) and hold accountable to internal and external customer service standards.
*Keeps the team members engaged in their duties
*Resolve escaladed customer complaints
*Strive for high customer review ratings

As a Front Desk you are responsible to work with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
