We are seeking a talented Insights Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our business growth through data-driven insights. As an Insights Associate, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data related to pet parents, pets, and animal health to inform strategic decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire and analyze data from primary and secondary sources, identifying trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand and communicate insights derived from large-scale data sets.
- Prioritize business and information needs in collaboration with management.
- Utilize advanced analytics and visualization tools such as SQL and PowerBI to create insightful reports and dashboards.
- Support various teams including marketing, operations, and finance with their data analysis needs.
- Develop automated tools and scripts to streamline data processes.
- Prepare and present reports to executive leadership, communicating trends, patterns, and predictions effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in consumer-focused industries.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI visualization tools, including PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Python-based analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.

**Compensation**: This role will provide compensation in the range of $105-120,000 including benefits
