**Position Objective**:
Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of tasks involving providing administrative support to the office, taking inbound calls, assisting customers, entering customer orders, scheduling meetings, supporting visitors, managing and distributing information from leadership team, supporting the sales department, and any other duties as assigned by the leadership team.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the office.
- Providing information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating supply needs, and placing orders.
- Supports leadership team by performing tasks related to organization.
- Maintain communication with all departments related to customer issues/concerns.
- Assist all department heads with administrative and/or clerical requests.
- Engage with customers to place orders and enter them accordingly to correct locations.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via all methods on contact.
- Carries our administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Conduct needs analysis for customers by asking questions when placing orders.
- Offer added services to customers who call in for orders.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership team.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- 1 year experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- English required, bi-lingual in English/Spanish a plus.

**Physical Requirements/Environment**:
The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. In general, the activity level one usually performs is light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative and sedentary nature. This position may require lifting up to 25 pounds. Generally, work is performed in a well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
