**So, what does a trainee in our Logistics Development Program Do? **As a **Trainee**, you'll be an integral part of our central dispatch operations:
- Work in partnership with Highly trained and experienced Dispatcher and Logistics Coordinators
- Provide stellar customer service to our clients and addressing nay issues and or concerns
- Ensure successful scheduled deliveries with our drivers
- Communicating via a two-way radio system.
- Handling high volume of calls daily
- Communicating and working alongside other departments such as Operations, Sales and Quality Control.
- Complete work assignments in the allotted time frame
- Demonstrates excellent communications skills; listens to other ideas and suggestions
**Qualifications Required as a Silvi Logistics Development Trainee**:
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and robotic equipment
- previous mechanical/maintenance experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma/Ged and or currently enrolled in a community college
