Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant
- Perform all bookkeeping/accounting functions for a small/medium sized commercial general contracting construction company that includes all general accounting functions, weekly electronic payroll and quarterly, yearly payroll related tax filings to federal and state agencies, certified payroll reports to State of Maryland, accounts receivable and payable data entry, accounts payable, quarterly closeout thru general ledger that is sent to the outside certified public accounting firm, banking reconciliations, handle all business and health insurances procurement and maintenance. Software experience required is Sage Contractor accounting or similar, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro. In addition support is provided 45% of the time to the company president, project manager and estimator, compiling adobe documents, bid documents assistance and business technology coordination with our outside IT consultant. This is a small, progressive, friendly, professional working office with a casual dress code in downtown College Park Md.

Pay: $1,060.00 - $1,345.00 per week
