The Deduction Analyst investigates and analyzes outstanding customer deductions and /or chargebacks to determine if they are in compliance with the terms of the applicable agreement. In this position, provide insight to Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and Accounting on process improvements to organize, analyze, and validate deductions more effectively.

What You Do.
- Identify deduction trends at the customer level and communicate such trends. Help to develop and implement recommendations to reduce the number and / or the amount of the deductions.
- Take the lead role to audit broker records to ensure compliance with the Trade Management Policy
- Use data and analytics to drive process and performance improvement within the deductions department.
