**Overview**:
Mike Stone Associates, Inc. (MSA) is seeking a proactive and innovative individual to assist with project management activities, including oversight of administration, operations, and consultants, and preparing public communications and documents including coordination with elected and appointed public officials and other government agencies.

MSA provides asset management services, including oversight of capital projects, to a variety of public entities. MSA assists clients with the construction of major facilities, as well as the ongoing operations and maintenance of those assets. With experience across a variety of industries, MSA staff has helped construct, manage, operate toll roads and toll systems, levee systems including storm water pump stations and drainage channels, lakes and detention ponds, park systems including community buildings and pools, and community associations. In addition, MSA performs asset and pavement reserve studies for clients with street maintenance responsibility. Current clients in the area include toll road authorities, levee improvement districts, municipal utility districts, and master planned communities.

Mission: To proactively assist agencies with sound, sustainable fiscal management practices for their assets and resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with the client, vendors, and consultants.
- Prepare and edit public reports for monthly Board meetings, including agendas, meeting minutes and relevant monthly data, and attend Board meetings or other meetings as assigned. Occasional evening work hours may be required.
- Assist Project Manager with creating long-and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines to assist in the planning and implementation of project tasks.
- Assist Project Manager in determining project needs, creating detailed plans, maintaining key data for data analysis, track, evaluate project details, produce relevant documentation and maintain document control to successfully meet project goals.
- Assist Project Manager in evaluating work activities of professional consultants and vendors.
- Assist Project Manager with managing day to day operations, customer service-related activities, setting up meetings, attending conference calls, and performing other administrative duties assigned.
