The Capital Asset Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's capital assets. This includes tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the status of all capital assets, as well as ensuring that they are properly maintained and repaired as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all capital assets
- Track and monitor the status of all capital assets, including their location, condition, and maintenance history
- Ensure that all capital assets are properly maintained and repaired as needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of capital assets
- Provide regular reports on the status of capital assets to management
- Work with other departments to ensure that capital assets are being used effectively and efficiently
- Assist with the acquisition and disposal of capital assets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in capital asset management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
