**Overview of the Role**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Lead the website redesign and build project, including planning, execution, and evaluation phases.
- Conduct focus groups and user testing to gather feedback and insights.
- Manage the existing website, ensuring regular updates, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a user-friendly and visually appealing website.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Create and manage website content, ensuring it aligns with PJCC’s brand and mission.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics, providing regular reports to the CMO.
- Ensure the website is compliant with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Support other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
