**Your Role**:
As the Youth Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing programs that promote the health and well-being of youth in our community. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and coordinating youth-focused health and wellness programs, workshops, and events.
- Collaborating with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for youth programming.
- Developing educational materials and resources to support youth health education initiatives.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff and volunteers involved in youth programs.
- Monitoring program outcomes and effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Building relationships with youth and their families to promote engagement and participation in programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in public health, education, social work, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with youth and coordinating programs or events.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health education principles and practices.
- Passion for improving the health and well-being of youth in our community.
