**Duties**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about yoga teacher trainings and retreats
- Post and respond to inquiries on our social media channel
- Process payments for classes and apparel
- Clean after each class and shift to maintain studio cleanliness
- Keep beverage and apparel stocked neatly

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role or font desk position (preferred)
- Experience and knowledge with using Mindbody
- Strong work ethic
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus (English and Spanish)
- Familiarity with yoga and wellness
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Work setting:

- In-person
