**Requirements **_(these are non-negotiable)_
- Must be willing to work solo and in teams.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Read, speak, and write English fluently
- Valid driver's license & pass motor vehicle record check
- Reliable vehicle to drive to jobs and sufficient auto insurance. Will be verified.
- Must pass criminal background & drug test
- Must provide at least 2 professional references
- Must have a smartphone with the ability to use our work apps
- Ability to lift 30 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform all cleaning duties for extended periods of time
- Comfortable and able to work around common household pets without restrictions
- Successful completion of professional cleaning certification and field service training
