Forrester Behavioral Health Homes is currently seeking a House Manager + Behavioral Health Technician that will work at our home in Maricopa, AZ. The House Manager + BHT will hold a key leadership and supervisory role with a variety of responsibilities.

This position is full time, Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-12pm, with additional hours as needed to complete the House Manager administrative and clinical duties. Some additional hours can be completed from home in a flexible nature, some hours will be necessary at the home each week outside of the scheduled shift at various times to run supervision checks. The person taking this position should be aware that the position will likely consist of an average of 50 hours per week, give or take some hours depending on the workload that week.

**The House Manager is responsible for (in summary)**
- Organizing resident outings
- Organizing and initiating daily schedule
- Resident Appointments
- Meds auditing and updates
- Daily compliance checks and compliance checks for other shifts throughout the week and sometimes weekends
- Medication and other compliance errors being reported in a timely manner to admin
- Shopping and tracking items and food
- Paperwork filing as necessary
- Company car upkeep and reporting
- Checking the mail daily
- Assisting the Clinical Director with organization of variety of clinical duties
- Filling in or coming in to the home for crisis management at varying times Level 1 staff supervision

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual - Understands Spanish and speaks it, preferred.
- Must be at least twenty one years old.
- College Degree preferred
- Experience as a House Manager for a Behavioral Health Residential Facility required
- Must successfully facilitate and document counseling sessions with resident(s).
- Must be able to successfully complete assessments under the supervision of a BHP.
- Must be able to remain awake at all times.
- Must have the ability to learn and use Google Workspace which includes Gmail, Google Chat, Google Meet and Google Drive/Docs for all company communications. Must have First Aid and CPR certification, Fingerprint Clearance Card and a current negative TB test.

**Major Responsibilities of the BHT Role**:
**A. Develop and Implement Treatment and Care Plans (ITCP) and/or Individual Support Plan (ISP) Training**
- Provide teaching and support in accordance with individual treatment plans, target behavior plans, and cultural preferences.
- Provide supervision/monitoring in accordance with the ITCP’s and level of care.
- Assure all required documentation is complete, legible and written according to policy and standards.
- Complete assessments and provide input into the development of services, goals and objectives.
- Assist residents in arranging medical and behavioral services.
- Serve as a member of the treatment team; assuring that training and daily activities are implemented and documented as scheduled.
- Provide financial management assistance to residents in the residence, as assigned.
- Assist in arranging transportation to day programs, medical appointments and other community activities.
- Assist residents in maintaining contact with their families and friends.
- Assist residents in accessing available community resources.
- Assist residents in achieving treatment goals based upon the recovery philosophy. Provide individual and group “BHT level” counseling to residents.

**B. Monitoring of Medical Concerns**
- Assist residents in developing skills or by providing the assistance necessary to monitor health issues and maintain wellness.
- Monitor and document health information concerns on a daily basis.
- Assist residents in medication administration and provide training in order to increase medication knowledge.
- In Outpatient settings, provide medication education to residents. Assist residents in scheduling, attending, participating and following recommendations of medical and behavioral health providers.

**C. General Duties**
- Assure that residents are free from abuse, neglect and/or exploitation and are aware of their rights.
- Attend staff meetings, in-service, clinical oversight and training activities as assigned.
- Conduct and/or participate in fire drills as assigned.
- Participate in investigations as assigned.
- Conduct and document all programming activities according to policy
- Assure home is clean, neat, safe, orderly, and in compliance with company standards and expectations, and Office of Behavioral Health Licensure.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all company, employee and client information, according to company policy.
