- We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
- drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
- ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
- support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
- ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability,...)
- train and guide the pod to complete high-quality increments that meet a definition of done while removing impediments so that the pod can deliver more effectively over time

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be based in Weehawken, New Jersey, working in the Financing Stream, as part of the Securities Financing and Optimization Crew, a global team supporting Securities Lending and Funding Traders. Our vision is to develop intelligent inventory management and optimization services, ensuring we have available assets where we want them, when we want them, at a reasonable cost.

**Your expertise**
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- delivery of complex products to clients, ideally within the Securities Lending business area with an understanding of the front to back flow, including the front office, middle office, and back off responsibilities
- setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- good understanding of the Scrum ceremonies and experience in tools such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence - ideally worked as a Scrum Master before
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with both technical/development teams and business stakeholders
