Who we are:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Answer telephone system, take accurate messages, and transfer telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner.
- Greet and screen incoming clients in a friendly, professional manner and promptly notify the appropriate person of their arrival. Record chief complaint or reason for appointment in medical records.
- Schedule client appointments and animal boarding
- Call clients with appointment reminders, overdue notices, and follow-ups as requested by doctors. Print recall list and make phone calls.
- Check-in/out clients and collect appropriate payments.
- Audit all animal vaccinations ensuring accurate records
- Enter all daily invoices into the hospital’s database
- Type correspondence and memorandums in proper format and assign to animal records.
- File, update and maintain all medical records per hospital requirements.
