**On-call**
Hourly rate: $20.00 - $22.00/Hour
**Job Duties**:
- Provides effective and courteous service to all residents, guest and team members;
- Ensures community and grounds are secure by monitoring surveillance equipment;
- Patrols community on a regular basis throughout shift;
- Assists maintenance personnel in the event of an emergency;
- Provides high visibility and presence to assure residents of caution and care;
- Documents any unusual findings, completes incident reports as needed;
- Maintains radio contact with front desk;
- Responds to emergency radio calls;
- Follows procedures for emergencies including aiding and directing emergency vehicles and personnel as needed;
- Ensures any safety hazards are removed or corrected as needed;
- May respond to emergency alarms.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior security guard experience preferred
- Guard Card preferred
